I like his outfit, and the details of the frills of his shirt. Pretty hair and eyes, and the expression also really helps to give a strong impression of his character.
I like the way you did the hair as well: lovely transition from light to dark, and the line art is just rather nice as well.
And the blood in the wine glass was also a nice touch :3
He really does seem aristocratic in a way... though Vampire Nobles usually aren't a happy thing to have to deal with on a regular basis if that's the case XD

He's a rebellious Vampire Noble... XD in his teen age... he won't wear black, and he won't sleep in a coffin XD Hence why I'm stuck with white to colour him. Other colours just... won't fit.

hm XD lol that's an incredibly interesting concept :3 and an amusing one XD hearing it like it just so odd because... I don't know hehe not something you hear often. "Refuses to Sleep in a Coffin and Wear Black" is just so polar opposite of what I think of as rebellion, I guess
